Autumn is having her first night tonight in a "big girl bed". Taylor and Autumn are sharing a room now to get ready for the baby in May. When we laid her down she was a bit upset about it, but we let her cry for a bit as we listened outside the door.
Taylor said, "Autumn, time to go to sleep". Very cute on his part.
Autumn kept whining, then Taylor called out, "Mom! Mom! Autumn needs a spanking! She is whining and it's keeping me awake." Cute, but not as cute. Amazing how 4 year olds are quick to ask for the hand of vengeance as long as it's not on their own bottom!
Kim said, "Taylor, we need to be patient with her and give her a couple minutes".
We'll see how this first night goes. It could prove to be quite interesting. Hopefully I won't have some crazy story to report... We'll see.
